i always learn something new when i check out your blogs, i was reading this one and how you wrote it was confusing to say the least but the “conclusions” at the end really opened my eyes to the point you were making. alot of people go out of there way to find compasion from some of the stupidest of ways. im glad that you offer compassion there god every day you really help me out alot thank you!

Hi this is ashlyn howely I use to be a student at the crossing and I just want to thank Mrs. Miller Mr.Riley and Mr.C.Because if it wasn’t for them I would be doing the thing I am today. they helped my by getting my prorities strait and helped my realize who I use to be and that I was missing someone very special in my life and now I am work and going to finish high school with a diploma. you guys are such a blessing in my life. I am doing really well for my self and I have decided to end my dream of animation and decied to go in to the ministry for miss use horses and abused childeren. I want to help horse and trian them but I also want to show kids how amazing it is to be loved by a horse. There is on verse that I have in my mind and its in proverbs THE HORSE IS MADE READY FOR BATTLE BUT VICTORY REST WITH THE LORD! THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD BLESS I LOVE YOU ALL VERY MUCH

As a mother of three sons, two of whom have greatly benefited from the Crossing Education Center; I must say I feel the South Bend Community School Corporation board made a very short sided choice. I am positive that if it hadn’t been for the Crossing, my son who graduated from the Goshen Crossing this last May would not have successfully completed high school.
How sad for the students and families who would have been greatly helped if you had made the right decision.

As a parent of a Crossing student here in Elkhart, I can’t say enough good about the work they do. It is a total investment in my daughter’s life. Grades aren’t the only example of success, but hers went from D’s and F’s in the public school to A’s and B’s at the Crossing. She has also made many other positive and healthy choices in her life since attending there. Thank you to everyone at all the Crossing locations who invest in the next generation! You are making a difference!
